All orders are subject to a handling (processing) period before shipment, and get shipped out usually within 1-2 business days. After receipt of payment you will then receive notification of both processing and shipment.
We source from a few select suppliers to keep our prices low, therefore your order may come in multiple packages depending on availability when the order was placed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.
Approximate shipping times (does not include weekends/public holidays):
a) USA / CANADA ~ 8-12 business days (tracking system available)
b) Rest of the world ~ 12-30 business days (tracking system available)

Delayed delivery - in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there is no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days.
This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to December months).
After we have shipped your order out, an email which is entitled "A shipment from order #xxxxx is on the way" will be sent to email you used when placing your order.
After that, click to the blue button "View your order" then you will land on your order's status page where you can track your order.
To Track your order simply take the tracking number provided and paste it into our tracking app.
Simply click enter on the tracking code provided on the tracking page to check your order's status.
**Please note after receiving your tracking number it can take up to 2-6 business days for the tracking to update**
For any reason your
shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g.
weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking
information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.
